1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Latinhood, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Use of the Platform

Latinhood provides a directory of Latin-owned businesses and community resources. You may browse publicly available listings without registration. Creating an account allows access to exclusive features and discounts.

3. Business Listings

Business information is provided in good faith. Latinhood does not verify all business details and is not responsible for the accuracy of third-party listings. If you are a business owner, you are responsible for the accuracy of your listing.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your credentials or use another person's account.

5. Paid Memberships and Billing

Latinhood offers a free plan and optional paid memberships. Paid memberships are recurring subscriptions billed monthly in Australian dollars (AUD) through our payment processor, Stripe. By starting a paid membership you authorise us to charge your payment method the plan price each month until you cancel.

Your membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time from your profile; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep your benefits until then. Payments already made are not refunded on a pro-rata basis, and we do not refund partial months. Prices shown on the pricing page are inclusive of any applicable taxes.

Founder Member pricing is locked for as long as your membership remains continuously active. If your membership lapses or is cancelled, re-subscribing is at the price then current. We may change plan prices for new members at any time, and will give existing paying members notice before changing theirs.

If a payment fails we may retry it and may suspend or cancel your membership benefits. Latinhood is not a lender and does not provide credit, loans, or financial products of any kind.

6. Giveaways and Promotions

From time to time Latinhood runs giveaways. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. Entrants must be 18 years or older and resident in Australia. Each person may hold one free entry per giveaway, plus any additional free entries we expressly offer; paid memberships include a set number of additional entries per giveaway while the membership is active.

Entries close at the date and time shown on the giveaway page. The winner is drawn at random from all valid entries after entries close, announced on our Instagram account, and contacted using the details supplied at entry. Prizes are paid by bank transfer unless stated otherwise, are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for another prize. If a winner cannot be contacted or is ineligible, we may redraw.

Employees of Latinhood and their immediate families are not eligible. We may disqualify entries that are duplicated, automated, or submitted using false details. Instagram is not a sponsor of, and is not associated with, our promotions. Where these terms conflict with a specific giveaway's published rules, the published rules for that giveaway apply.

Latinhood is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or completeness of any information on the platform.
